Role reversal is not automatic. Price must leave the zone with intent, then return with enough space that the old support is no longer the path of least resistance. In class we mark the break candle, the first retest, and the second chance if the first touch is messy.
Students often rush the first touch. We practice waiting for a reaction signature they can describe in plain language: rejection wick, stalled follow-through, or a second lower high against the old floor.
Bring two charts to the clinic—one that worked and one that failed. Comparing both teaches more than another perfect textbook example.
