Why we use it

We use personal data to respond to seat requests, confirm schedules, send workshop logistics, process refunds when applicable, and improve the clarity of the site. We do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

Processing is based on steps needed to respond to your request, our legitimate interest in operating a workshop studio, and consent where you accept non-essential cookies.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution related to a booked workshop.

Sharing

We may share data with email or hosting providers that process information on our instructions, and with authorities when required by law. Facilitators need attendance details for sessions you book.

If a processor stores data outside Korea, we take reasonable contractual steps appropriate to the service used.

Workshops are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
