Agreement

By using appridgepoint.click and requesting workshop seats from App Ridge Point (195-8, Bangu 1(il)-dong, Jung-gu, Ulsan, Korea), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Educational services

App Ridge Point provides technical analysis training focused on support and resistance workshops, labs, clinics, and private coaching. We do not offer brokerage services, investment advice, portfolio management, or trade execution. Workshop content is educational. You remain responsible for your own market decisions.

Website content

Schedule dates, fees, and descriptions are informational and may change. Binding details for a seat are confirmed in writing after you contact the studio.

Requests and communication

Contact forms send requests to the studio. Submission does not guarantee a seat. We may decline or reschedule sessions when capacity or facilitator availability requires it.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, chart packs, and materials provided in workshops remain the property of App Ridge Point unless stated otherwise. Personal study use is allowed; redistribution or resale is not.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit abusive content, or scrape materials for competing training products.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Korean law, App Ridge Point is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or decisions you make after attending a workshop. Our liability related to a paid session is limited to fees you paid for that session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over Ulsan where applicable.
